Please note the following:

We will consider requests for credit from companies or businesses on completion of a credit application form and subject to the following terms:-

1. The customer agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Denholm Rees & O'Donnell Ltd.
2. Deliveries may be suspended where the account exceeds the approved credit limit.
3. Deliveries may be suspended where payment is not made by due date.
4. Settlement of accounts will be made within 30 days net from invoice date.
5. Denholm Rees & O'Donnell Ltd reserves the right to decrease the limit in force where, in light of enquiries made, such a decrease is deemed prudent.
6. These Terms & Conditions, once signed, render all other conditions of Purchase Null & Void.
7. Under "The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998" we are entitled to claim compensation on any balances outstanding agreed credit terms.
