Capacity investment means expanding workforce Home > Capacity investment means expanding workforce

With our recent significant investment in new machinery, it was inevitable that Denholms and C E Edwards would be on the lookout for talented operators to get the most out of the equipment

We are pleased to welcome 3 new members to the C E Edwards team. Well, I say new, in fact, there is a bit more to it than that!

Mark Lawton

Mark worked with C E Edwards some years ago and we are very pleased that he took the leap and re-joined the company. With Mark’s previous experience in precision horizontal boring, he is a welcome re-addition to the team at Stoke.

Liam Dowd

Liam first joined C E Edwards on our apprenticeship scheme. In 2014, following completion of his 3rd year, he took the decision to leave us to join his family business. However, he never forgot his time with us. Following a change in his circumstances, we are extremely happy to welcome him back to the team. His new role will focus on our newly acquired ElgaMill HE 4000S where we are sure his skills and experience will build rapidly.

James Lucas

Our third new team member at C E Edwards is James Lucas. He joins us to focus on our new Hartford HCMC 1892 Machining Centre. James has a CNC machining background which makes him a perfect fit on this, our latest state-of-the-art piece of equipment.
